Creating lightbulb moments!

For many professionals who use English as an additional language, the challenge isn’t a lack of ability, knowledge or expertise. They may have excellent technical and professional skills - but struggle to communicate them with the confidence, clarity and precision required in a fast-moving business environment.

That can hold people back. Valuable ideas may go unheard, expertise can be underestimated and opportunities to contribute, influence or progress may be missed. Knowing the right terminology is only part of the solution; professionals also need to structure their thinking, adapt their style and communicate naturally with colleagues, clients and senior stakeholders.

Confident Business English develops these practical language and communication skills through real workplace scenarios. Rather than focusing on formal language lessons, participants practise the conversations, presentations and written communication they encounter every day - helping their true ability and potential come through.

Objectives:

  • Using business terminology appropriately and naturally

  • Participating in and leading meetings

  • Communicating confidently over the phone and online

  • Holding effective customer and client conversations

  • Structuring and delivering clear presentations

  • Navigating business etiquette across different cultures

  • Preparing for interviews

  • Writing clear emails, reports and business plans

  • Communicating with greater fluency, confidence and impact
