Duncan Ashford is the face behind the Lionheart brand!   He's passionate about improving business and personal performance through behavioural change and developing people, and specialises in communication skills, insights selling and relationship management.

Duncan has years of experience in regional Sales Leadership and Client Management roles with major global companies, intermixed with senior Learning & Development / Training positions.  This experience means he truly understands the skills needed to interact successfully with people and customers. 

Having worked in the UK, USA, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and now New Zealand, Duncan now runs his own Communication Skills consultancy, based in Queenstown, New Zealand.  He helps individual and business clients to communicate with impact, clarity and confidence, and to pitch and sell strong value propositions.
